President and CEO
Phillip Meserve is the president and CEO of Stira Capital Markets Group. He has overall responsibility for the sales and marketing of Steadfast Companies’ alternative investment products as well as supervisory responsibility for SCMG. With more than 25 years of expertise in the investment industry, Mr. Meserve has comprehensive expertise in the sales and distribution of life and annuity products, mutual funds and private placements through institutional and financial intermediaries.
Mr. Meserve was part of the team that successfully launched and developed the distribution organizations for both MetLife Investors and Fidelity Investments and subsequently oversaw the ascension of these companies to a top-five position within their respective markets. Most recently, Mr. Meserve was a senior vice president with AXA Equitable where he had overall responsibility for the sales of variable annuities to more than 650 broker dealers. During his tenure with AXA, Mr. Meserve oversaw $25 billion in annual variable annuity sales - making AXA a top-five-ranked annuity company in the country. Mr. Meserve received a Bachelor of Science in Business from Kansas State College and attended the Financial Services College at the Wharton School of Business. He holds his FINRA 6, 7, 24, 26 and 63 licenses.

Chief Products Officer
Mr. Gann is responsible for managing the development of new public and private investment offerings sponsored by Steadfast Companies. He also participates in the Steadfast Investment Committee and interfaces with Steadfast’s selling group partners. Prior to joining Steadfast in 2011, Mr. Gann held positions with KBS and Grubb & Ellis, both of which companies sponsored REIT and direct-placement real estate programs. Before 2006 he was a transactional attorney for nine years, specializing in real estate, taxation and public policy. Mr. Gann earned a BA in Political Science from UCLA and a JD from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. He interned at the National Association of Broadcasters in Washington, DC and with the California State Legislature in Sacramento. He is an active member of the Investment Program Association.
Chief Information Officer
Gary Davi is responsible for establishing long-term strategic goals for SCMG's information technology, directing technology policies and procedures and ensuring privacy and protection of intellectual property and proprietary information. Prior to joining SCMG, Mr. Davi was the Chief Information Officer for CORE Realty Holdings LLC. Mr. Davi has also worked in the financial district of San Francisco as the Senior Director of Database Systems for ATEL Capital Group and as Lead Systems and Network Engineer for Vanstar and Inacom clients such as Lehman Brothers, Goldman Sachs, Charles Schwab, Paine Webber and Merrill Lynch. Additionally, he worked in the health-care sector as executive vice president of IT for BriteSmile, Inc. (NASDAQ:BSML), where he was responsible for the company's systems at its retail locations and corporate offices, and for its eCommerce Online Appointment Booking and online store. Other accomplishments during his tenure were auditing and updating all systems to comply with current security standards — AVS/PCI compliance, SOX 404 compliance, HIPAA, GAAP compliance. In 1996, Mr. Davi started Davi Consulting LLC, an IT consulting firm specializing in CRM database applications and sales force automation, dashboard/portals and mobile applications for iPhone and Google Android. He is trained in — and specializes in — network design, network and systems security, compliance (FINRA, SEC, SOX, HIPAA); CRM databases; communication systems and web design, development, and integration. Mr. Davi currently maintains his MCSE, (2), MCP, MCP+I certifications from Microsoft as well as several other firms, such as CompTIA with Network + and Security + Certifications.
Senior Vice President, National Accounts
Angela Barbera is senior vice president, national accounts at Stira Capital Markets Group, where she oversees the national accounts, business development, and corporate events departments. Ms. Barbera brings to the position over 13 years of experience in the financial services industry, much of which was spent establishing distribution partnerships and launching new investment products and initiatives. Prior to joining Stira in 2011, she was vice president, national accounts at KBS Capital Markets Group. Ms. Barbera obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Cornell University and holds her FINRA Series 6, 7, 63 and 79 licenses and California Life & Health. Angela is a member of the Investment Program Association and also serves on the board at The Center of Investment & Wealth Management at University of California, Irvine.

Senior Vice President, National Sales Manager
Mr. Barausky is responsible for developing, managing and executing an organized strategy to raise investor capital for all of Steadfast Companies’s privately placed and publicly registered investment programs. He also manages the SCMG’s wholesale teams nationwide.
Paul has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. He joined SCMG in March 2010 and served as SCMG’s Midwest Regional Vice President until 2012, where he regularly led the company in capital raised for its commercial real estate investment offerings. In 2011, Paul was named the regional vice president of the year. In 2013 he was promoted to the position of eastern divisional sales manager and currently serves as SCMG’s senior vice president and national sales manager. Paul has also served as a regional vice president for Lincoln Financial Services, AIM Management, Inc. and Planco Financial Services. Paul earned his degree in Letters, Arts and Sciences from Pennsylvania State University and holds his FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
Paul is a widely regarded speaker and sales trainer who combines his experience, wit and industry knowledge into uniquely compelling presentations. He resides in Dallas, TX with his wife Jackie.

Senior Vice President, Sales Support & Product Due Diligence
Mr. Jackson is responsible for building, developing and leading the internal sales team as an integral component of the company's overall distribution strategy for its financial products. Mr. Jackson is focused on developing a highly skilled, relationship-based sales team focused on meeting the needs of today's financial advisors. Mr. Jackson is also responsible for the product due diligence of Stira's non-traded REITs and the relationship management between Stira, broker/dealers and third-party due diligence firms.
Mr. Jackson started his career in the financial services industry over 16 years ago, working for firms including MetLife and Bank of America. Most recently, Mr. Jackson was the vice president of national accounts at KBR Capital Markets. There, he managed the national accounts division and engaged with new broker/dealers while creating a strategic partnership program for existing clients. Prior to joining SCMG, Peter spent a large part of his career at MetLife, where he held a series of positions culminating as the vice president for account management, a role he held for seven years. While at MetLife, he had the distinction of being the account manager of the year for total firm variable annuity sales.
Mr. Jackson received his Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in International Business Systems from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California. He is a nationally licensed continuing education instructor and his licenses include FINRA Series 7 and Series 63. He lives in Long Beach with his wife and twin girls.

Vice President Marketing
Ms. Franklin leads the team that is responsible for developing and implementing the branding and marketing plan for Stira's investment products, and guiding the public relations efforts to maximize the company’s visibility in the financial services industry. Jennifer brings over 17 years’ experience in branding, public relations, strategic planning and consumer and corporate marketing to her role at Stira Capital Markets Group. Prior to joining Stira in 2009, Ms. Franklin spent five years as a project manager for a marketing consulting firm where she provided business-to-business as well as business-to-consumer communications for an extensive list of real estate companies. She also worked as an assistant marketing director for Donahue Schriber, a $1.5 billion private shopping center REIT. Ms. Franklin received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the California State University at Fullerton and holds her FINRA Series 7 license.
